Ixian Pty Ltd (“Ixian”, “we”) makes Espresso, Jolt and this website. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

• Purchases and licences: your name, email address and licence details, so we can deliver and support your purchase.
• Waitlist and email: your email address, if you join the Jolt waitlist or contact us.
• Support: anything you choose to send us, such as messages, logs or screenshots.
• Website: basic, aggregated usage information. We don’t use advertising trackers.

Your documents, code and terminal sessions stay on your Mac or on the servers you connect to. LatteAI in Espresso runs on-device. Where an app offers features that use an online service, we’ll tell you in the app before anything is sent.

Only to deliver our products, provide support, send emails you’ve asked for, and improve our software. You can unsubscribe from any email at any time.

We don’t sell or rent personal information. We use a small number of trusted providers — such as payment processing, email delivery and hosting — who handle data on our behalf and only for those purposes. Some may store data outside Australia.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email us and we’ll respond within 30 days.
